Do our points reduce when we ask questions?

Hey mate!!!! Yes it's true. When we ask questions our points reduce. Like if you ask a question for 10 points then after posting those who answer it, they will get 5 point. The half of it.

yes it reduces. but point does not matter, right. here we r ready to help each other.
