Yes they do. But if there is a limit to any of it, there wont be violence. If a person is addicted to it, it will have a great impact on the person. The addiction can grow gradually or immidiately. It doesnt matter if the person in naturally kind or angry, it makes them do violent things, or change their behaviour, and they may get irritated to the smallest matter possible.
