To be a bit honest and immodest at the same time, yes I do believe that communication is my strength. I believe that good communication involves expressing clearly or at least colorfully an idea you believe while acknowledging the counter-argument to it implied. Good communication both expresses your ideas and convinces others to consider it and the more you can show them that you're willing to understand and consider the validity of their world view the more you can convert them to the sin of your own thinking LOL. No seriously, I think good communication involves a healthy respect for the diversity of other good ideas. In other words, good communication is a good conversation where give and take both have a place in the process and maybe we both learn something in the process. Otherwise it's just talking to yourself and if we thought about it, we really wouldn't engage in conversation if we didn't think, on some deep subconscious level, that the other might have something to teach us. We fear it but we need it too: the feedback of the other.
