Yes it is an interensting thing to notice.
Boiling point:The temperature at which a solution starts to boil (or) The temperature at which the vapour pressure of solution is equal to the atmospheric pressure
Water will be first to boil, since milk will require higher temperature for boiling than water.
This is due to the phenomenon of elevation in boiling point.
Milk contains large amount of sugar,proteins dissolved in it.hence the vapour pressure exerted by milk will be lower than.that of water,since according to.the defination of boiling point,milk will require a higher temperature to boil compared to water.
NOTE:Though his change has not much difference,its diificult to observe.
