hot samosa will be hot for a long time why

It's act like thermoflask.. The heat inside can't able to get outside due to its closed design.. It gradually loss it's heat to the environment so that its hot for long time

It's because of the shape which encloses the heat inside. It's shape does not allow the heat to escape and that is the reason why Samosa remains hot for a long time.
