the positive traits of private quelch character was that he was very intelligent because of intelligent reading and also try to get a rank because there he doesn't have any rank in the army but because of her interruption and disturbing habits. corporal turnbull has put him for permanent cookhouse duties and he doesn't realise his hand in the duties he also interrupted in the chefs. the positive trait was that he has Current Knowledge of everything and we have to adapt that but we doesn't have to interrupt in the others.
