Answer:

Role model in a person's life is undeniable. Role models are the people whom we idealize in every way in our lives. From being honest to be hardworking , to be kind upon people to live a disciplined life. They are the motivation of our life. But a person needs some qualities to be idealized as a role model. The basic and important qualities should be :

Explanation:

Moral : A excellent example has high moral standards. Children respect those who live out their beliefs, according to research by developmental psychologist Marilyn Price-Mitchell and published on her website, Roots of Action. Children grow and deepen their own values when they have role models who care about important issues and are prepared to put their convictions into action. Role models conduct themselves morally and honestly.

Confident : Most people are drawn to confident people. Possessing a healthy sense of pride in their achievements, good role models do so. They may express their pride in their abilities and accomplishments without coming off as conceited. According to Dr. Robyn Silverman, a child development expert and author, good self-confidence shows up as pride in who you are and what you've learnt throughout your life.

Hardworking : Role models show their dedication to a goal and willingness to put in the time and effort required to succeed. They don't give up easy and keep going in the face of challenges. Children's drive to succeed motivates them to persevere and accomplish the goals they set for themselves. For instance, Olympic competitors inspire others with their commitment.

Respectful : Role models must respect others if they want to be influential. Young people value respect and look up to individuals who show it to them as well as to others. Others look up to role models who exhibit selflessness and a democratic, non-prejudicial attitude of individuals who are different from themselves.
