Do you think it's fair to reserve seats for women from lower classes in the panchayats?

It is certainly fair to reserve seats for women, SC, ST in Gram Panchayat because they are too, equal to the the normal upper classes and males. But it will only be fair if the women or SC or STs are educated enough to put out their opinions and take right and just decisions. Otherwise it might lead to wrong conclusions.

• Yes it is fair to reserve 33% seats reserved for women in Panchayat because Women are nearly more than 50% of Indian’s population. They play an important role in the development of the country. So it is certainly fair to reserve seats for women in lower Panchayat.
