Rules are laid down to create discipline in life, where we get to know what is right and what is wrong. It gives us direction overall for our life. It helps the individual in the overall growth to balance work life and how to behave in outside world. It is important to follow the rules because due to the set rules, the work is done in a well-organized manner and the organized work always leads to the growth of the company as well as the employees.
When there are no rules a child or an adult will be clueless, whether it is a correct way to follow. Rules help us to lead correctly in write direction. Rules are nothing but to progress as the country or as an individual. For e.g. If there is no signal at the main junction of the road, what it will lead to nothing but chaos or confusion and lead to conflict.
