Because , forest is a place where different types of animal or you can say that so many animals lives l their , if the developers should allowed to develop area such as forest so the animal who lives there will not survive for a long time and if the developers developed area the the animals like a wild animals will run here and there and harm people also so the animals have also right to leave so I think that the developer should be not allowed to develop a recess forest and coastline.
