The cells should be of different size because they should suit the functional and structural requirements of an organism, so the cells of elephants are comparatively larger than those of rats. For example. the length of a neuron of elephant is 3m which is longer than the length of the rat! So, according to me the cells in the elephant are larger than those of rats.

yasaswani: plzz mark me as brainliest
yasaswani: mark me as brainiest
Kuldeepnehra: The size of cells in both the animals are same
Kuldeepnehra: Only number of cells differ.Elephant has more cells while rat has very less cells.
yasaswani: ok
Kuldeepnehra: As per a few scientific research, exception only in neurons just based on speculation that larger size need to connect much more far away
Kuldeepnehra: Yet it is to be proven. Most
Kuldeepnehra: At least on today, this is the number that is increased as per the size
Kuldeepnehra: Net result of discussion is all organisms have equal size of cells. Hope my comments be reliable. Thanks to hear.
vinay369: ok
