Yes, I do think that country's electoral system needs to be reformed. Inspite of independent election commission, democratic elections are not held. Booth capturing happens in many constituencies. Money is given to the officers to favor a particular candidate or party. Since India is a democratic country the ways of conducting elections should be democratic. Since, people are rulers themselves so they must have the right to choose who will form the government and whose policies will guide the country.
