If we compare the situation 50 years ago with the present scenario then we can visibly notice a change in the status of women today. Types of jobs outside the house have become much safer and easier. Be it in the field of education, society, personality growth, Women have excelled in nearly all fields with their venture. Government policies for empowering women like introducing crash, Anganwadi, childcare centers have enabled women to go to work without worrying about the child at home.
But still, in some areas especially the rural areas their levels of education continues to be weak, women are still expected to look after the home, and husbands are expected to be the breadwinners. Therefore much more effort is required to change this inequality and if we strive together there will be a time when this thin line of inequality would be erased.
