Our desi cow produces quality milk which is crucial A2 variety of beta caesin protein significant for our physical and mental growth wheras though Jersey produce milk more in quantity but poor in quality having A1 variey of beta caesin protein of lower value.So except the Jersey and our deshi cow are cows, there are significant differences between them.
