All change. Given that colour-changing animals cannot generatetheir own body heat, colour change can help animals to regulate theirbody temperature. So, when cold, a lizard may be dark because darkcolours absorb more heat, whereas when hot, a lizard may become very pale because light colours reflect heat.

frog change colour to match its surrounding
just like other animals
e.g. in cold a lizard may be dark because dark colours absorb more heat where as in hot what are lizard may become very pale because light colour reflect heat.
