Distilled water does - but very little compared to piped, well or salt water. The reason is that the way a liquidconducts electricity is by the positively or negatively charged ions that are actually moving from one of the electrodes to the other, carrying charge (electricity) with them.

Distilled water does not conduct electricity as it is free from all kinds of salts. Salts acts as ions that helps in the movement of electrons. No salts therefore no movement of electrons. Hope it helps
