no it deserves bcoz we all know that pakisthan celebrates it's it's independence day on 14 august so after independence they attack on kashmir at that time kashmir requested india to them.India says that we need written proof that kashmir is now a part of india so they agree and after that indian's fight and won. So,kashmir deserve's to be a part of india.
