Does our brain know that it control and operates functions of our body ?,
If yes :
Then why it gets doubt on its function and why does it Study biology subject If it knows everything about neurology?
If no :
Then how can it work involuntarily , and what makes it to do so ?

Really good question. You have put a good question. But it wasn't straight forward, The question is How does our brain control all the things without knowing that it is who controls .If it knows ,why do we study it in biology.
I think this can be explained by Instinctual behavior. Instinct behaviour is the familiarity to complex phenomenon without actually learning, these instinct behaviour comes naturally . So because of instinct behaviour of brain, though it doesn't know what does it do? How does it do? It can perform complex phenomenon.

•well , there is as such no scientific proof , that the brain actually knows that it controls the body. yes , brain is the command centre for the human nervous system , and controls and functions the body functions but it actually does not know this.so , your answer is no.

•well , it can work involuntarily even if it does not know about its controlling power.involuntary functions include - breathing, digestion, coughing, sneezing, etc.
well , these functions are a foremost need of the body and the body cannot survive without all these . can you live without breathing or digestion .. ? obviously no ! so these activities need to be performed.
• secondly , some functions are INNATE REFLEXES , ie inborn activities which we acquire through our parents by genetics. so , our brain neednt know all these , it already know to perform them. that is how , it can control involuntary functions.
