2. It is a neurohormone that is released by the hypothalamus. 
3.Its action is as a hormone that is an inhibitor or prolactin release from the anterior lobe of the pituitary.
4.Dopamine Secreted by adrenal medulla. Also secreted by dopaminergic neurons in some areas of brain, particularly basal ganglia.
