HEY MATE HERE IS YOUR ANSWER...
▶️ACIDIC DRINKS CHANGE BLUE LITMUS PAPER INTO RED SO HE HAS TO USE BLUE LITMUS PAPER. ANOTHER WAY HE CAN USE PH PAPER WHICH WILL SHOW THE COLOUR AND NO 5 WHICH IS ACIDIC.
▶️BASES CHANGE RED LITMUS PAPER INTO BLUE AND SHOW PH VALUE 8 WHICH IS BASIC.
▶️NEUTRAL NO CHANGE IN LITMUS PAPER AND PH VALUE WILL BE 7.
HOPE IT HELPED

Dorji can identify them by using indicators
such as :-
1)litmus paper
2)Methyl Orange
3)Clove(its an olfactory indicator and would be easily available)
etc
For example if he takes blue litmus and dips it in a solution
a)If the solution is acidic it will turn blue litmus paper ->to Red
b)If the solution is basic then there will be no change in colour
And so on
