how is energy formed from oxidation of carbohydrates,fats and protiens?

It is done by the breaking down of molecules.So,to generate energy our body  needs to break down the amount of carbs,small proteins and fats present in our body.Glucose undergoes glycogenesis under the form of glycogen.
