Just mark the point (3,0) on a graph paper and from that point draw a straight line parallel to y-axis.Hope it helps you!!

Hii There!!!

It is simple....

Consider a cartesian plane on graph paper having seperate 'x' and 'y' axes. For the graph of x = 3 , its y coordinate will be 0 and the line will be parallel to y-axis. So, coordinate will be ( 3,0 ).

Note that both x and y coordinate will lie in first quadrant as both are positive.
