Answer:

firstly draw line segment 3.5 cm then open ur compass half of the length of the 3.5 cm and the draw a semi circle than put your compass with same radius on the point where line segment and semi circle meet than draw an angle of 60 degree than 120 from 60 degree than pit ur compass on the arc from where 60 degree and semi circle meet than pit ur compass on 120 deg. and than join the arc of 60 and 120 degree and than from where u have drawn arc where on the point they both meet draw an arc drom there and repeat the upeer given process on the other side too u will definetly get a perpendicular bisector of line segment 3.5 and do follow the above given instructions carefully
