Drip irrigation is also known as localised irrigation, it is an irrigation method which is usually done in places with scarce water or drought affect regions as this method saves the water along with the fertiliser by allowing the water to drip very slowly to the plants root, either on to the surface of soil or directly into the zone of roots.
