the numbers which when put at place of x give polynomial=0 are 1
now the divider of the polynomial are (x-1) ,
so we can say that (x-1) is divider of polynomial.
so when we divide we get....
p(x)=(x-1)(2x^3+2x^2-11x+15)
p(x)=(x-1)(x+1)(x+3)(x+5)
because factorials of 15=1,3,5
