let third side is x.
so,
first side = 2x- 3cm= second side

perimeter of triangle = sum of all sides

69 cm = x + 2x - 3 cm + 2 x - 3 cm

5x- 6 cm= 69 cm

5x= 69cm + 6cm

5x= 75 cm

x= 15 cm.

third side=x= 15 cm.

first side = second side = 2x- 3cm

2× 15 cm- 3cm

= 30 cm- 3cm

=27 cm.
