yes it is true. because tooth decay is caused by the bacteria or microbes left in your mouth.oral hygeine can be done by brushing your teeth twice a day and regular dental checkup

eating sweets causes tooth decay.because tooth decay means it is happens due to bacteria which produces acids by degradation of sugar and food particles remaining inthe mouth and when it corroded the PH in mouth is below 5.5 . MY SUGGESTION IS wash your mouth after meals it keeps away from toothdecay. thankyou-from YAMUNA.
