ECONOMIC DISPARITY:
During the reign of Bourbon dynasty, the economic condition of France became poor due to the foreign wars of Louis 16,Louis 17 and other expensive wars and during the reign period of Louis 17 the treasury became empty due to the extravagant expenses of his wife queen Marie Antoinette. So he appointed Turgot and Necker as finance minister yet he dismissed them due to his wife's interference. In 1783 Callone was appointed as the Minister and he adopted the policy of borrowing but he too was removed from his respective post.
This way the economic instability is an important cause for the Revolution.
SOCIAL DISPARITY:
The French society was divided into 1st,2nd and the 3rd estate comprising the clergy,Nobles and the common people.
The higher clergy occupied the top position and managed churches and in a way the educational institutes too,the 2 sub groups in nobality i.e.,court nobles lived in luxury while provincial nobles paid attention the the nobles.Farmers, cobblers, doctors, lawyers, teachers, writers all belonged to the lower and higher sections of 3rd estate. The lower clergies and provincial nobles joined their hands with common people which indeed made them rebellious. This way social disparity too is a cause for the revolution.
Thus, economic and social disparity led to the outbreak of the revolution.
