Education of heart refers to our sensibility towards other, our way to look at the world, our attitude towards the other creatures of God.
Mere knowledge of mind won't do anything until your soul is alive. For instance there are many people on the planet who have everything that a person wishes but are not yet satisfied because they haven't discovered the depth of their heart. There are people who have no control over their emotions even though they are highly educated. Some don't think a bit of anybody. They consider themselves superior and forget the almighty God.
