The blind can not see, but can hear and speak. Maybe he could write and read, in Braille language.
Deaf can see, but cannot hear/ speak/ write.
It is generally very difficult to explain to Blind people unless and until we know what kind of communication method is suitable for them.
1. One case may be if they are well-versed with Braille language, so he can write in Braille language and then the blind man can easily read and understand.
2. These days technology has very much advanced, so there may be many devices and machines that convert text into speech. That can be used too.
3.May be with the help of a translator, the message can be conveyed.
4. By use of tactile finger-spelling method.
5. A manual interpreter can be used.
6. By Print-on-Palm method.But by any means communication must be clear, concise and accessible.
