Yes I do agree with it, (these are my views)
Much often when a party selects a candidate they try hard to make them stand in the region of their caste groups. This is a very persuasive tactic used by the parties in India as they can get more votes from these caste. They look at the majority of the caste group in a area and then announce their candidate accordingly, so that they can attract more votes from his caste circles.

• Voters have more than one candidate from their caste while many voters have no candidate from their caste.
• No party wins the votes of all the voters of a caste or community.
•The ruling party lose elections in our country. That could not have happened if all castes and communities were frozen with their political preference.
