Electric current has both magnitude and direction but still it is scalar explain(with 3 regions)

No your question is wrong, because electric current do have magnitude but no direction, that's why it is a scalar quantity. Explanation:-
suppose there is a current in a straight wire (let copper wire) due to P.D. then it goes straight, but if we bend the wire then the direction of current will change. IS IT CLEAR??
