The direction of magnetic field of every section of the circular loop can be found by using the right hand thumb rule. At the centre of thecircular loop, The magnetic field lines are straight. Each segment of circular loop carrying current producesmagnetic field lines in the same direction with in the loop.

Electric field of circular loop of charge:

The electric field of a ring of charge on the axis of the ring can be found by superposing the point charge fields of insignificant charge elements. The ring field can then be used as an element to compute the electric field of a charged disc.

The formula for calculating electric field of circular loop of charge is as follows;

E = − λ /4 π ϵ 0 * 1 /√ r 2 + z 2 ^ r + λ/ 4 π ϵ 0 * r/ z √ z 2 + r 2 ^ z
