meat, fish, vegetables and fruits.
Nutrition facts label indicates that the information about the nutrients
are based on one serving. You should know how many servings are there in
each pack of food that you are selecting.

The following items have been bought and eaten on Sunday:
- Fruits - Fruits are the most healthy eating material if they are eaten after washing them properly.
- Vegetables - Vegetables also provide us with several health benefits.
- I ordered a pizza on Sunday as my friends were also present at my home. It was not a healthy choice.
So, my food choice contains both healthy and unhealthy foods. But the proportion of healthy foods in my everyday life is always more in comparison to unhealthy foods. I only eat them occasionally.
