                             Science Empowers A Nation

Science is the real power. Scientific advancement is the hallmark of an advanced nation. Countries that are scientifically more advanced have more power. For example, America, Is considered as the leader of the world. Its policies affect the entire world. Hardly any other country dares to oppose its policies. Why is it so? For the simple reason that it is scientifically far ahead! NASA, Microsoft, Apple, General Electronics , Lockheed Martin, Boeing, etc, all are indicators of its scientific strength. Its military uses most advanced hardware and software equipment. It has more advanced technological edge. So any country that wishes to be powerful, must focus on developing science in all areas. Developing scientific attitude among Indians is one of the educational objectives of the Indian Government's policies. So if India is to become powerful, it is possible through science only.

India has shown phenomenal success in science and technology recently. The notable organizations that have contributed to scientific and technological development are: ISRO, DRDO, ADA, BHEL BDL, etc. India has stunned the world in its expertise in producing sophisticated weapons for self defense such as  Akash, Prithivi, Agni, LCA, BDM system, Tejas, Rohini radar, etc.

ISRO, Indian Space Research Organization, has also established itself as a premier space organization. The world has changed its perception about India considerably. However, still much needs to be achieved. India can realize all its goals of progress and prosperity only thorough science.

Answer:

How science empowers a nation?

Explanation:

Science indeed plays an inevitable role in national development as well as in our everyday lives. It has provided us with a vast range of necessary as well as luxurious contributions, making us live a life of ease and extravagance. From in-numerous life saving drugs for various nasty diseases to new building materials and well built war equipments, the contributions of the scientific field is myriad. In such a case without a second thought we can confidently say that science indeed plays an irreplaceable and successful role in national empowerment. Today without science it is almost impossible to think of a life. Almost each and everything in our day to day life from the fan, light and even for making food we need electronic equipments mostly. So, in the end almost each and everything that we do is directly or indirectly scientifically oriented. Thus in other words a nation without science or rather the whole world without science would be like caging people in such a way that they get drowned in a deluge of different varieties of problems. In short a world without science would be critically problematic.
