Trip to Goa:
Last month, I went on a mind-refreshing two day trip to Goa along with my four friends. The climate was wonderful I would say. The first day morning we went to Calangute Beach which was the shores of the Arabian Sea and then to the 16th century Reis Magos Fort.
Then we rented a car and drove to the Basilica of Bom Jesus and Salim Ali bird sanctuary. We stayed near Colva beach the night where we enjoyed the sunrise the next day morning. After all the sight-seeing, we ended up in a classic market near the Baga beach. The trip was a quiet fantabulous experience.
Historical Importance of Goa:
The smallest Indian state Goa, lies on the outskirts-western coast of India. This city has an influential and remarkable historical background.
Being located along the sea shore Goa attracted the powerful traders, dynasties, merchants, missionaries, seafarers and monks as it has been one of the major trading or business centers of India.
