Answer:

People are the largest part of any social framework and for any framework to work, rules and regulations are an absolute necessity. When these norms guide human behavior and provide a sense of organization, a system or person is said to be disciplined.

The discipline finds its meaning in all aspects of human life as well as other forms of life. It conveys a sense of responsibility, credibility and encourages a person to take more responsibility for their actions.

From the everyday life of an athlete to the regular routine of an entrepreneur to the first steps or achievements of children, discipline is omnipresent. But it's equally important to understand that the same set of rules doesn't work for everyone.

Punishment can work great for one child in school but make another child feel miserable. Discipline must therefore be compatible and considerate everywhere. Unlike the “Terms and Conditions” which are tailored to your own needs, the discipline should always be tailored to  individual needs first.

In our fast-paced lives, we often have to run so fast to be  part of the crowd that we forget our own planned schedules. This leads to sleepless nights, anxiety, disorder and in extreme cases chaos and turmoil. Indeed, we must continue to strive to keep up with the competition, but putting ourselves first is vital.

Although the discipline has different interpretations and perceptions, its ultimate purpose is to give us a clear idea of life. The history of great personalities testifies to the power of discipline to drive success.

Discipline doesn't always have to be something that dictates every minute of our lives, it can be small steps that one fine day will bring home a bigger and better version of us.
