Mahatma Gandhi is very famous in India as ''Bapu'' or ''Rastrapita''. His full name is Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi.He is called as Mahatma because of his great works and greatness all through the life. He was born on 2nd october in 1869 in Gujarat. He died on 30th of January in 1948. He went to England for his law study just after passing his matriculation examination. Later he returned to India in as a lawyer in 1890
