essay on one lie leads to another

People usually tell lies because they want to hide the truth. Telling the truth may be unfavorable in certain circumstances. So in such situations one may take to lying. A liar should be able to convince the listeners. This makes the liar tell more lies. Because only lies can come out of lies. So the liar should be ready with more lies. But if one promptly tells the truth, there is no need to add anything else to it. It is not a good policy to lie because as one is compelled to add a number of lies to the first lie, it is probable that he may slip in his lying somewhere and the cat will be out of the bad. In most of the cases, even if a liar is able to convince others, the truth will come out in due course making the guilt more grave and unpardonable.
