Euchromatin and heterochromatin definition

euchromatin :- the part of chromosome that constitute the major genes and doesn't stain strongly woth basic dyes when the cell is not dividing.

heterochromatin :- the condensed part of chromosome that stain strongly with basic dyes in nondividing cell and has little genetic activities.
