European missionaries enterd in Africa with the motive of converting the African people in Christians. Missionaries enter in the other countries for opening school , hospital and helping the people but their real motive is conversion of natives of that place in Christianity.

Hey buddy here is ur answer !!

The Role of Missionaries In African Society. Missionaries saw the voyages to Africa by their governments as an opportunity for them to spread the teaching of the Christian faith. They used some of the British Empire's resources and then in turn the empire coerced them to use their teaching to subdue the Africans.
