  • The sum of a positive number and a negative number is subtracted.

According to the question,

 \frac{3}{5}  + ( -  \frac{7}{9} ) +  \frac{1}{10}  + ( -  \frac{11}{18} ) \\  =  \frac{3}{5}  -  \frac{7}{9}  +  \frac{1}{10}  -  \frac{11}{18}  \\

By taking LCM of all the denominators we get 90

 =  \frac{3 \times 18}{5 \times 18}  -  \frac{7 \times 10}{9 \times 10}  +  \frac{1 \times 9}{10 \times 9}  -  \frac{11 \times 5}{18 \times 5}  \\  =  \frac{54}{90}  -  \frac{70}{90}  +  \frac{9}{90}  -  \frac{55}{90}  \\  =  \frac{54  -  70 + 9 - 55}{90}  \\  =  \frac{63 - 125}{90}  \\  =  \frac{ - 62}{90}  \\  =  -  \frac{31}{45}
