 = 1 + 3 \times  {( \sqrt{3} })^{2}  \div(  { \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{2} })^{2}

 = 1 + 3 \times 3 \div  \frac{3}{4}

 = 1 + 3 \times 3 \times  \frac{4}{3}

 = 1 + 3 \times 4

 = 1 + 12

 = 13
