Cells of same type with same function unite together and form a tissue.
A group of tissues doing same function unite together to form an organ.
A group of organs performing a specific life process unite to form an organ system.
Many organs systems with different life processes together form an organism.
So, here we can see that an organism originated from a basic structural and functional unit called the Cell. Therefore, we can say that all multicellular organisms are formed originate from a single cell.
And the other thing is that when sperm fertilizes ovum, it is also a single cell from which all organisms develope and have their own identity.
Thanks.
