every ore is a mineral but every mineral is not an ore this is so because mineral is a naturally occuring inorganic substance which have definite physical and chemical propertues but ores is huge accumulation of minerls and metals which can be profitably extracted. Minerlas will be got from ore but all ores dont give only mineral
