everybody doesn't hate terrorist is a correct sentence grammatically because I think that if you use the sentence nobody hates terrorist it means that no one however we know that there are always the people who hate the terrorists but if we say that everybody doesn't hate terrorist it means that not everyone hate terrorist there are some people who have sympathy with them
