Answer:

Along the evolutionary tree, different organisms have devised different means of obtaining oxygen from the surrounding atmosphere. The environment in which the animal lives greatly determines how an animal respires. The complexity of the respiratory system is correlated with the size of the organism.

Answer:

Here is your answer

Explanation:

It is a chemical reaction in which one of the end products is a gas such as oxygen or hydrogen , etc . There are two types of evolution of gases in class 10 : 1) Oxidation ( gaining of oxygen and losing of hydrogen ) and 2) Reduction  ( gaining of hydrogen and losing of oxygen ) .

EX:  4Na  +  O_{2}  ⇒  2Na_{2}O

Here sodium gained oxygen to form sodium oxide , hence it is a oxidation reaction .

Similarly if a chemical reaction gain hydrogen and either lose oxygen that reaction is called reduction .

or sometimes both oxidation and reduction occur then that reaction is named as redox reaction .

I tried to put every related topic of gases so if you found helpful plz hit a like and rate
