as any other form of government Democracy is one of the best government after providing power in hands of people so if power is given to us so we should preserve our freedom and to do that we should know these conditions..
1. Education---
. Mostly we have seen that the power of our nation is given in the hands of illiterate people whereas literate people don't want to waste their time in the arena of politics which can harm our freedom .
2.Freedom of speech.
.Every citizen should have right to speak that how they are treated in front of world and country.
3. Local self government.
.we should have government at local level to discuss our daily problems as well as to train us for path of politics and that should act as a training school of politics.
4.spirit of toleration.
. democracy known for tolerance as it is only the government which provide a chance to improve your mistakes. And this spirit is followed by whole nation .
5.written constitution...
. democratic government should have their constitution so that fundamental rights and fundamental duties of people not harm by other people and constitution is necessary for growth of nation and mostly for growth of democracy.....
