  •    Plants make food from nutrients it collect from soil with the help of roots . Nutrients are converted into complex food like starch . We eat plants and our body break this complex food again into simple nutrients which can be used by body . That is from simple to complex then complex to simple.
  •    In summer we make water to get freezed into ice cubes . Upon use of these ice cubes they again get converted into water .
  •    One which can be considered is Nitrogen taken from soil by plants is again returned to the soil during decomposition of plants when it is dead .
  •    In laboratories water can be made which the help of hydrogen and oxygen atoms . And this water can again be converted into separate hydrogen and oxygen atoms and the process is called hydrolysis.
