Exams are not the right way to get access to students , this is because many students get nervous when they are given a no. of questions to solve & that too at a given time . Examinations only favour those who have strong nerves and pushes them aside to a corner who are slow in thinking and writing. By simply writing an examination one cannot judge a student's talent and abilities — maybe he/she is good at something else like dancing or singing or at sports. It should be known that the world's richest person Bill Gates hardly passed any examination, world's leading neurosurgeon Fred Epstien failed to pass class twelve twice and India's pride novel prize winner Rabindranath Tagore never went to a school. They all made their way by using their own talents. In my opinion students year after year get bored of giving examinations and something new should be invented instead of this.
